These third-party services are provided by their respective vendors and may be subject to their own terms. GOP STRAT SAS is not responsible for third-party services, their availability, functionality, or practices.

Pricing, Payment, and Subscriptions

Fees, features, limits (e.g., credits), and subscription terms are indicated on our pricing pages and/or in your order form, quote, or contract. Unless otherwise stated, fees are listed in euros and are due according to the selected billing period. Payment, renewal, and, where applicable, refund terms are governed by your subscription conditions, signed customer contracts, and applicable laws. Intellectual Property

The Services, software, interfaces, the GOP brand, graphics, content, templates, and associated documentation are protected by intellectual property rights. In the use of the Services, each party may receive confidential information from the other. You agree to maintain the confidentiality of such information, not disclose it, and protect it with a reasonable level of care, at least equivalent to that used to protect your own confidential information

Warranties and Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided “as is” and may evolve. To the extent permitted by law, GOP STRAT SAS disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. GOP STRAT SAS does not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or perfectly meet your expectations.
To the extent permitted by law, GOP STRAT SAS shall not be liable for indirect damages (loss of revenue, data loss, lost profits, commercial harm, etc.). The total liability of GOP STRAT SAS, all causes combined, is limited to the amount actually paid by you for the Services during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, except in cases of gross negligence or mandatory legal provisions.

Termination

You may terminate your subscription according to the terms of your plan. We may suspend or terminate your access in case of violation of these Terms, abusive use, or if required by law.
